Diego Costa to swap with Jackson Martinez?

Chelsea are looking for a new attacker and it is said that Atletico's Jackson Martinez fits the bill. The Colombian allegedly hasn't impressed Diego Simeone and the ever-controversial Diego Costa could be used in a part-exchange deal.
