Man's shock at lizard in tin of tomatoes

A couple making lunch were shocked to find a dead lizard inside a tin of tomatoes. Muhammad and Sanam Hussain were making a biryani when they made the grim discovery on Thursday at their home in Alum Rock, Birmingham.
